We all know we can easily get a ticket for driving too fast and running a red light. But some some people, especially the kids and new driver don’t know that drivers can get pulled over and get ticket for driving too slow. Haha. And did you know that in some states if you got a sheep and animals, you need a chaperon in the car to look after them? That’s the law in Montana.
In the state of California, it is illegal to wear a housecaot while in a driver seat. All over the United States, it is considered child endangerment and thus illegal if the parents leave their young kid in the car alone. Same law applies if parents smoke in the car that has a child who is in the child seat.
Here are some of the most ridiculous driving laws anybody would laugh at: In California, no vehicle without a driver may exceed 60 miles per hour. In Florida, if an elephant, goat or alligator is left tied to a parking meter, the parking fee has to be paid just as it would for a vehicle. In Tennessee, it is illegal shoot any game other than whales from a moving automobile. In Oregon, driver cannot leave the car door open for longer than it is necessary.
