Is loneliness unhealthy? A new study says that women who feel forlorn are at greater risk of developing a disease. It turns out that for some women a lonely heart can result in a heart disease. A study conducted by an assistant professor of psychiatry and epidemiology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine shows that depressed and socially isolated woman have nearly 80 percent increase in risk of heart damage.

This research was being done for 19 years ago when they started to study woman who reported of feeling lonely and they were now found to have higher incidents of coronary heart disease. Study seem to suggest that woman should try being more outgoing and sociable with others. My stand on this story is that woman should be more open minded about falling in love with a man. I think relationship plays a role of curing this feeling alone, whether it be a boyfriend, husband, siblings, parents, parents, colleagues or anybody.

So what do you do when you are feeling lonely? Other than go out and being with people, you can try cherishing it by writing down your thoughts. Feeling of loneliness is unhealthy for you when it makes you depressed, eat foods that are not healthy and not get over that matter.
