Is chocolate bad for our bones? A recent study of elderly women notices a link between the chocolate and bone density.

What researchers found was that the women who ate more than one portion of chocolate in a day had lower bone density five years after the experiment began than the women who didn’t. People who eat and drink chocolate were also found more energetic and lean that the ones who didn’t.
