Do you or someone you know suffer from foot pain? If that’s so, know that you don’t always need to take a medicine or visit the doctor with common foot pains. Here are some simple and easy ways to get rid of the pain in your foot:

-Arch Support footwear or slippers is what you should be wearing. It helps relieve and support the arches of your foot

-Comfortable shoes are far better than good looking shoes. Next time you have to throw an old shoes, replace them by shopping for shoes that feels comfortable and nicely fit to your foot.

-Shoes without too much height not only supports your foot well, but also makes it easy to walk and less prone to falling to the ground.

-Cut your toenails; seriously what is toenails really for? Nobody can really see how pretty your toenails. Instead trim them down so that it won’t hurt your toes when snugged inside the shoes.

-Exercise your toes. A lot of people might not realize it; but often times when we feel the pain on our feet, it could actually be the toes that hasn’t been moved a long period of time. You can exercise your toes by wiggling them to the right and left.

    i just got my aircast of last week after surgery n they give me all clear to walk but use crutches wen i go out n it been a week since so thought id try walk shop first day was ok n then nxt 2 paint got worse is dat walkin too early
