If you are trying to look slim and healthier, try these stretches and strength exercises to get back into alignment.

Roundback Straightener is where you just lie on your back. Bent you knees then, and put your feet and hands flat on the floor, with palms facing up.

Chair Stretch: You bend your knees and hinge forward at around the hip level. With torso parallel to floor, feel stretch down entire spine. Hold in place for a count of 10, breathing steadily. Come back to starting position.

Shoulder Unrounder: Gently press your arms back while squeezing the shoulder blades together. Hold in place for a count of 10, breathing steadily. Come back to starting position.

Head Repositioner: Without arching neck, gently glide head toward rear, as if trying to touch back of head to imaginary wall behind you. Hold in place for a count of 10, breathing steadily. Come back to starting position.
